Wine and food pairing
It is definitely an important wine that is best with delicate cuisine, where the flavors are refined and light. It accompanies pastas with meat sauces and risottos, white and red meats with baked dishes, and aged Alpine cheeses.
Tasting Notes
Clear red color with purple highlights. The nose is distinguished by great aromatic intensity: fruity notes of cherry and black cherry blend with fresh hints derived from the aging wood. In the mouth, the attack is fresh, with an acidity that gives liveliness and a well-integrated medium-large tannic mass. The finish is long, with a harmonious return of fruit sensations and wood finesse.
