Isole e Olena - Toscana

Isole e Olena is one of the pioneering estates of Chianti Classico, a protagonist of the qualitative renaissance of the Seventies and Eighties. Born from the union of the ancient villages of Isole e Olena by the De Marchi family, it represents a point of reference for integrity, style, and excellence.

The estate today extends over 56 hectares of vineyards on the western side of the denomination, characterized by a mild climate and soils of marl schist, sandstone, limestone, and flysch. The winemaking approach is artisanal and respectful of nature: reasoned agriculture, recovery of terraces, enhancement of local varieties, and attention to environmental balance.

Driven by passion, respect for the land, and an empirical approach, Isole e Olena has created emblematic wines such as the Chianti Classico, the Chardonnay, and especially the Cepparello, the result of a selection of the best grapes, the highest expression of the company philosophy of research and distinction.
