Caiarossa - Toscana

Caiarossa is a winery located in Riparbella, on the Toscana Coast, that has followed the principles of Biodynamic and Organic farming since 1998. The name Caiarossa is coined to pay tribute to the soils characterized by the presence of jasper, rocks, and gravel of intense red color. A fanciful name inspired by Gaia, mother of all the gods of Olympus, goddess of fertility and nature, identified with the earth itself.

The family owning Caiarossa also manages Château Giscours in Bordeaux.
Through their wines, they want to express the importance of the territory, culture, and love for the land combined with the continuous pursuit of perfection.

The Alba Jelgersma family wants to offer wines that are not only intended for enthusiasts but for all those who seek beauty and uniqueness in life.
