Nose: intense and complex aromas; well-ripened black fruit, spicy notes, roasting.
Taste: elegant, complex, excellent balance.

It is a bold, full-bodied wine that brings out the best in curated cuisine based on risotto, red meats and aged cheeses.
If you consume it before the age of 5 years, it is recommended to let it oxygenate a few minutes directly in the glass.
