Vinification and aging

Traditional processing. Maturation in third-passage oak barriques for 24 months.

Tasting Notes

Color: deep ruby red color with garnet reflections

Nose: intense and complex aromas; red fruit, floral and spicy notes.

Taste: great body, acidity and robustness. Fine and balanced.

Wine and food pairing

This is a wine with great structure and noble tannins that accompanies red meats with long cooking such as roasts, stews and braises. Excellent with aged alpine cheeses.
