Tasting notes
On the nose, intense aromas of ripe sour cherries, blackberries, and violets reveal a traditional style. On the palate it is firm and lively at the same time, exactly like the character of the Tuscans. It expresses itself with authenticity and thanks to its young tannins and light body it is a wine suitable for any moment and any convivial meal.
Food and wine pairing
It wonderfully accompanies pasta with meat sauces, stews, roasts, and aged sheep cheeses. A wine with a classic style, reminding us of the old Toscana with its deep-rooted traditions. Bolgheri, with its history and its famous cypress avenue, is the emblem of Toscana winemaking in the world.
