The Château Laguiole sommelier knife is considered the Rolls-Royce of corkscrews. It is handcrafted in the Atelier de Sauveterre, a location near Avignon renowned for cutlery. Château Laguiole grants the honor to the world champions of sommeliers to create a customized series. I chose the natural horn handle and asked to replace their famous bee-shaped logo with the cross of the Swiss flag. It is a practical and elegant object that every wine enthusiast appreciates.
