Wine and food pairing
As they like to say in Franciacorta, it is an "all meal" wine and can accompany composed aperitifs, fish-based first courses, lake and sea fish, and aged cheeses. Thanks to its softness, it is a wine that also adapts to complex dishes where acidic, bitter, and sweet and sour ingredients are found. It is ready to drink immediately and does not need aging. On the nose, aromas of pear, yellow peach, orange, delicate white flowers are recognized, finishing with notes of yeast and fine pastry. On the palate, it is fresh and full-bodied, with a return of acidity and sapidity.
