Satèn is the mention that indicates a more delicate and discreet bubble. Thanks to its softness, this Chardonnay fermented partly in steel, partly in barrique that matures at least 24 months on its lees, offers aromas of sweet almonds toasted hazelnuts and brioche bread. In the mouth it has an elegant and distinct structure with flavors that linger long on the palate.

Because of this characteristic, Chiara Ziliani's Il Satèn is a Franciacorta that pairs easily with a multitude of preparations, and as they like to say in Franciacorta, it is an "all meal" wine. It enhances fish cuisine in general and composed aperitifs. It is ready to drink immediately and does not need to age. Serving temperature 8°C.
