Pinot Blanc is a decidedly intriguing variety that has been grown in Alto Adige for more than a century and has established itself as a benchmark of Kössler production. It owes its fine aromatic complexity to the large temperature swings between day and night and to the composition of the soil. It is distinguished by hints of apple, peach, apricot and pear. Winemaking in traditional South Tyrolean barrels brings its sleek style and its beautiful savoriness places it among the most appreciated wines of Alto Adige.
