Chianti Classico from Isole e Olena is a celebrated and traditional expression of Tuscany, aged for 12 months in barrels and barriques. It is a wine that has body and an authentic style, with typical Sangiovese tannins that lend considerable support to persistence.
The bouquet is fruity and floral, with notes of violets, roses and cherries. The palate is fresh, energetic and dynamic, with soft, balanced tannins.

It accompanies generous and flavorful meat dishes: charcuterie and cheese boards, first courses with meat sauces, and barbecued or long-cooked red meats.
