The Château Laguiole couteau sommelier is considered the Rolls-Royce of corkscrews. It is handcrafted in the Atelier de Sauveterre, a location near Avignon renowned for cutlery. Château Laguiole grants the honor to world champion sommeliers to make a custom series. I chose the natural horn handle and asked them to replace their famous bee logo with the cross of the Swiss flag. It is a practical and elegant object that every wine lover appreciates.
