Tenuta Le Colonne, is the winery closest to the coast, among those that are part of the Bolgheri DOC appellation. 64 hectares planted with vines in this strategic location overlooking the sea that give unique wines.
The term "superior" indicates a wine made from the best grapes, from the oldest vineyards at Tenuta that reach the highest point of ripeness.
On the nose the aromas are intense and reminiscent of ripe cherries, blueberries, Mediterranean bush licorice and cocoa. On the palate the wine is structured, complex and ripe and is warm with ripe tannins. The finish is very long and intense.

It is an important wine that is well suited to important dishes, such as when putting red meats cooked medium rare, game and very mature cheeses on the table.
Serving temperature: 16°C.
Aging: it is ready to drink and can evolve up to 10 years after harvest.
