Avigia is the Ticino dialect name for the bee, an insect we have come to know for its essential role in the ecosystem. Avigia stands for the sweetness of grapes that attract bees because of their richness and concentration.

It is a wine fermented in oak barrels in which it gains complexity and smoothness while retaining its beautiful and dynamic freshness.

Food and wine pairing:

Avigia is a wine that accompanies lake and sea fish dishes, risotto alla parmigiana, aperitifs, and first courses of Italian cuisine with cheese-based sauces.
