Col del Poeta White is born from the blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Johanniter. The vinification in temperature-controlled steel tanks accompanies a fresh and immediate style, in which the marked and pleasant aromaticity finds balance in softness and freshness. It is a contemporary and versatile white, capable of naturally fitting at the table and accompanying different moments and cuisines. Its vocation is conviviality: a wine immediately understandable and pleasant, but cared for in identity and balance, which naturally interprets a contemporary dimension of Ticino wine.
