On the occasion of the "Cantine Aperte" event, 2019 edition, I presented the new vintage of "Il Bianco di Chiara, Ticino DOC White Merlot, 2017" and I share with you my tasting notes:

"The nose surprises with notes of hawthorn, sweet spices, citrus and tropical fruits. But it is in the mouth that it is at its best, with a soft, rounded style, a delicate structure and a very persistent finish, where it reveals a great personality. It harmoniously accompanies the cuisine of fish from the lake and seafood, with Mediterranean-style dressings and/or simply with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, as well as pastas and risottos prepared with fish and seafood."
