Tasting - Chiara's White, Ticino DOC vintage 2017
On the occasion of the "Open Cellars" event, 2019 edition, I presented the new vintage of "Il Bianco di Chiara, Ticino DOC White Merlot, 2017" and share with you my tasting notes:
“On the nose it surprises with notes of hawthorn, sweet spices, citrus and tropical fruits. But it is in the mouth that it gives its best, with a soft, round style, a delicate structure and a very persistent finish, where it reveals a great personality. It harmoniously accompanies lake and sea fish cuisine, with Mediterranean seasonings and/or simply with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, as well as pasta and risottos prepared with fish and seafood.”
