Tasting notes
After a brief oxygenation in the glass, the wine takes shape and offers us great aromatic complexity, achieved thanks to perfect ripeness. The aromas of ripe blackberries blend with those of plums and sour cherries, all completed by a note of clove and dried violets. On the palate, it is a wine that seduces with its harmony, intense flavors, and balance, thanks to soft and persistent tannins.
Food and wine pairing
Its aristocratic character deserves to be enhanced by pairing it with refined cuisine based on rare-cooked red meats and game. As tradition teaches toscana, it is excellent when paired with very aged pecorino cheeses.
