  • 75% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir

 

Made from Chardonnay and Pinot noir grapes grown in Provaglio d'Iseo, in the heart of Franciacorta. It matures at least 24 months on its lees where it develops aromas of citrus, white peach, pear and bread crust. In the mouth it is balanced, light and oriented towards freshness. It is a wine whose simplicity is its strong point for accompanying aperitifs and a wide variety of dishes.

Food and wine pairing:

As they like to say in Franciacorta, it is an "all meal" wine. It is ideal for aperitifs, finger foods and is particularly suitable for all events where you want to give quality while keeping the budget under control. It is ready to drink immediately and does not need to age. Serving temperature 6°C.
