Vinification and aging
The wine is transferred to 225-liter barriques on the first and second pass, where it remained for three months.
Aged 2 years in the cellar and 2 years of bottle aging.

First and second courses. Excellent with aged cheeses
Tasting notes
Carmin red color with evident purple reflections, on the nose first hints of wild berries and then an intertwining of floral scents with violets and spices. On the palate the wine is full-bodied, with excellent body, with an acidic texture that lengthens the sip. Very persistent, it closes with a pleasant savory aftertaste with floral sensations.
