Owned vineyards in Provaglio d’Iseo (BS), in the heart of the production area of Franciacorta DOCG.
Vinification and aging
Classic method vinification (bottle refermentation).
Aging on the lees for at least 18–24 months (depending on the production) to develop aromatic complexity and structure.
Wine and food pairing
Very versatile wine: ideal with seafood appetizers, crustaceans and mollusks, seafood risottos, lake or sea fish, but also with not too aged cheeses. Excellent as an all-meal aperitif.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow color with fine and persistent perlage.
On the nose, aromas of pear, yellow peach, citrus fruits and white flowers, with delicate notes of yeast and pastry.
On the palate it is fresh, balanced, savory and full-bodied with a return of acidity and harmonious taste.
