Vinification
Before going to market it ages for a long time in the bottle.
Tasting notes
This wine has a dark ruby red color, with purple hues and a complex and intense aroma of blackcurrant and chocolate, with seductive notes of exotic spices, black tea and cloves.
On the palate it is fresh and round, with balanced tannins.

Perfect to pair with first courses and red meats, it is ideal with game and aged cheeses.
