Vinification and aging
Careful vinification aimed at best expressing the typicality of Sauvignon from the Centre-Loire. Steel fermentation to preserve freshness and aromatic purity. Aging aimed at enhancing balance, finesse, and terroir complexity.
Food and wine pairing
Perfect with seafood, shellfish, grilled fish, and light preparations. Pairs excellently with goat cheeses. Also great as a refined aperitif.
Tasting notes
Bright pale gold color. Aromas of ripe peach, pear, and gooseberry emerge on the nose, with a delicate exotic note. The elegant minerality, typical of flint soils, supports the aromatic profile. On the palate it is silky and round, with a perfectly balanced harmony between freshness, breadth, and complexity. Fine, persistent, and harmonious finish.
