Tasting notes
Purple red of good clarity. On the nose it opens with light fresh notes of eucalyptus and hints of menthol, which evolve into aromas of ripe fruit such as plum. On the palate it is fresh, with a well-balanced acidity that supports the structure. The tannins are present but very fine, accompanying a long and persistent finish.
