Vinification and aging
Typical Bordeaux style with long maceration. To preserve the aromatic and varietal characteristics, the grape varieties are vinified separately and blended during aging for 24 months in new French oak barriques for the Cabernet Franc and second-use for the Merlot.

Ideal for saddle of venison Baden-Baden style, venison carpaccio or tartare, grilled beef cuts.
Tasting notes
Intense red, fresh aromas with ripe black berries, aromas of black berries, ripe black cherries, black pepper and almond finish.
