  • 75% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay

Made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes grown in estate-owned vineyards in Provaglio d'Iseo, in the heart of Franciacorta. It ages at least 24 months on its lees where it develops aromas of, raspberry, cherry, grapefruit, spice bread and nuts. In the mouth it has a firm, flavorful structure that fills the palate well and lingers for a good while.

Food and wine pairing:

As they like to say in Franciacorta, it is an "all meal" wine and particularly enhances fish dishes with Mediterranean-style sauces. Of course, it is ideal for varied aperitifs and can also accompany white meats. It is ready to drink immediately and does not need to age. Serving temperature 8°C.
