Tasting notes
Wine with a very intense and opaque ruby color. On the nose it immediately reveals a dark fruit with evident notes of blackcurrant and blueberries supported by spicy notes, coffee and graphite. The palate is energetic and refined at the same time, concentrated and powerful, complex as on the nose and persistent.
Food and wine pairing
It is an important wine that suits important dishes, such as when serving rare red meats, game and very aged cheeses.
