- Kimmeridgian marl rich in small fossil oysters
- Red flint
- Compact limestones
- Platelet limestones
This pedological diversity gives the wine complexity, mineral tension, and aromatic precision. Certified organic viticulture.
Vinification and aging
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and aromatic purity. Aging on fine lees for about 6 months to enrich structure and complexity.
Food and wine pairing
Perfect as an aperitif. Ideal with seafood, shellfish, fish in sauce, white meats, and poultry. Pairs excellently with goat cheeses typical of the Loire.
Tasting notes
Bright golden color with green reflections. On the nose, it expresses fresh and intense aromas of pear and apple, with citrus notes and smoky nuances typical of the terroir. On the palate, it is lively and elegant, with beautiful minerality, refreshing acidity, and a slightly salty finish. Dry, precise, and harmonious wine with excellent length.
