Tasting notes
The aromatic profile is rich and complex, with hints of flowers, wild berries, spices, and licorice. Elegant, intense, and flavorful, it reveals the typical character of Nebbiolo with a more subtle interpretation, made noble by the uniqueness of the tannins of this grape variety.
Food and wine pairing
This wine is appreciated from three to seven years after harvest, accompanying red meats with long cooking times and aged cheeses. Indispensable with pasta with rabbit ragù or other meat ragùs and as a prelude to the more important Barolo.
