Bottling about 10 months after the harvest
Tasting Notes
Concentrated and important wine, but with an immediate approach, a reflection in grapes of the serenity emanating from the verdant hills.
Wine and food pairing
It goes well with white and red meat dishes, duck, some very sustained and loaded pasta dishes, some aged cheeses.
