In 2023 the different Barbera plots were harvested between September 25 and October 15, 2023 and fermented separately. The long macerations in contact with the skins lasted for about 25-28 days
Tasting Notes
It is distinguished by its approachable character and freshness. Maturation takes place in steel tanks and wooden barrels where the wine refines and achieves the balance that delights the palate with soft and delicate tannins.

It is a wine that is at its best in its youth and is best in convivial settings with simple and tasty cuisine: first courses with meat sauces, mixed grills, white meats and poultry.
