Tasting Notes
Deep ruby color, the nose shows intense aromas of blackberries, blueberries and sweet spices, with an intriguing touch of cocoa. In the mouth it is fresh, consistent, soft, with great balance and structure, soft tannins and long finish of great finesse.
Wine and food pairing
This is a wine that accompanies white and red meats with long stews, roasts or low temperature vacuum cooking. Excellent with moderately aged cheeses.
