Sada - Tuscany
The Sada Farm is located in the hilly area of the quaint medieval village of Casale Marittimo, nestled in agricultural landscape of timeless charm.
The project to produce great wines in a particularly suitable and vocated land came to Davide Sada, who, driven by a passion for life in contact with nature, founded the farm in 2002.
Tenuta is distinguished by its love and respect for the land. The clay texture of the soil and the particularly temperate maritime-type microclimate (never excessively hot due to the proximity of the sea) are the environmental characteristics that determined the choice of vines to be grown and the style of viticulture to be adopted. Sada's wines reflect the generosity of this territory and the typical personality of Toscana Marittima wines.
Underlying Sada's choices with respect to the very close relationship between wine and its terroir is the belief that wine should be the natural expression of the place where it is produced, with total respect for the characteristics of the grapes and the noble and ancient art of wine-making.
