Tasting Notes

In the mouth it is dense and well-structured with delicate, sunny character. The tannins are soft and support the long finish. A distinct wine that is an excellent prelude to its big brother, the Caiarossa.

Wine and food pairing

It accompanies tasty and intense red meat cuisine: beef, lamb, pigeon, wild boar and all game. Suitable for informal settings, it is also at home with fine cuisine and will please novices and connoisseurs alike.
