Tasting Notes
On the nose, intense aromas of ripe black cherries, blackberries and violets reveal a traditional style. In the mouth it is firm and jovial at the same time, exactly like the character of Tuscans. It expresses itself with authenticity, and thanks to its youthful tannins and lightness of body it is a wine suitable for every moment and every convivial meal.
Wine and food pairing
It wonderfully accompanies pastas with meat sauces, stews, roasts and aged sheep's milk cheeses. A wine with a classic style, reminding us of the Tuscany of yesteryear with its deep-rooted traditions. Bolgheri, with its history and its celebrated cypress avenue are the emblem of oenological Tuscany in the world.
