Champagne Brut Premier Cru Fleur du Champagne, 75cl
Champagne Duval Leroy, Champagne, France
- Chardonnay, Pinot Noir
- Non millésimé | Non millésimé
From 1911, when vineyard classification became official, Raymond Duval-Leroy, with a desire to pay homage to his predecessors, created an exceptional wine. He was the first to work on a Champagne that brought together Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grape varieties selected only from villages classified as Grand Cru and Premier Cru in the Grande Vallee de la Marne, Montagne de Reims and Côte des Blancs regions.
During the first tastings, Raymond Duval-Leroy distinguished an aroma of white flowers that evoked the scent of vine blossoms in June. This led to the birth of "Fleur de Champagne."
Elegant and well-structured, it is enhanced by fine, delicate bubbles. With a long, balanced palate and a refined, distinct character, this champagne is made from a lively, perfumed cuvée with an intense mineral note.
