Punta Rossa is, needless to say, the flagship wine of Davide Cadenazzi. It is made from Merlot grapes from the oldest vineyards that reach the highest ripeness.
Vinification with prolonged macerations and maturation in oak barrels give Punta Rossa that touch of class that sets it apart. It is a wine of beautiful concentration while maintaining the elegant style that distinguishes Merlot, with soft tannins, a lingering finish with a lovely aftertaste of spice and leather.

Because of its fine texture it brings value to red meat cooking with both long cooking such as roasts and short cooking.
Aging
Ready to drink, it can be enjoyed at the peak of its potential up to seven years from the date of harvest.
