Made from the best Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes in estate-owned vineyards in Provaglio d'Iseo, in the heart of Franciacorta. It matures at least 36 months on its lees where it develops aromas of pear, peach, citrus, and hazelnut In the mouth it delivers freshness and complexity while benefiting from a firm, savory structure.
Food and wine pairing:
It is the "top" of the range of Cantina Chiara Ziliani and as they like to say in Franciacorta, it is an "all meal" wine. It enhances aperitifs with "important and refined" appetizers and accompanies fish cuisine, especially seafood and aged cheeses. It is ready to drink immediately and does not need to age. Serving temperature 8°C.
