This rosé comes from a blend of Pinot noir and Chardonnay grapes grown in Provaglio d'Iseo, in the heart of Franciacorta.
Its lovely soft pink color introduces a wine that offers aromas of wild strawberries, currants, raspberry and, pink grapefruit. In the mouth it is soft and savory, with bubbles making it fresh and dynamic.
Food and wine pairings:
It is a wine whose simplicity is its strong point for accompanying aperitifs and a wide variety of dishes, taking away the thought of getting a pairing wrong. As they like to say in Franciacorta, it is an "all meal" wine. It obviously puts more value on fish cuisine and is best appreciated when served at 6°C. It is ready to drink immediately and does not need to age.
