Tasting Notes
Wine with a very intense and opaque ruby color. The nose immediately reveals dark fruit with clear notes of black currants and blueberries supported by hints of spice, coffee and graphite. The palate is energetic and refined at the same time, concentrated and powerful, as complex as on the nose and persistent.
Wine and food pairing
It is an important wine that is well suited to important dishes, such as when putting red meats cooked medium rare, game and very mature cheeses on the table.
