The decision to abandon wood in favor of steel was inspired by the extraordinary complexity and drinkability revealed during vinification, emphasizing the freshness and elegance of Nebbiolo (Rosè variety).
The name "58" pays homage to the year the vineyard was planted, while the steel vinification enhances the explosion of fruity aromas that characterizes this unique clone.
