Vinification and aging
Typical Bordeaux style with long maceration. To respect the aromatic and varietal characteristics, the grape varieties are vinified separately and blended during aging for 24 months in new French oak Barriques for Cabernet Franc and second-passage for Merlot.

Ideal for Baden-Baden saddleback, venison carpaccio or tartare, the cuts of grilled beef.
Tasting Notes
Deep red, fresh aromas with ripe black berries, ripe black cherries, black pepper and almond finish.
