Tasting Notes
It has maintained its character and authenticity over time, telling the style of tenuta: elegant and complex, yet very drinkable, just as a Chianti Classico must be. Today it is made with a high percentage of Sangiovese, to which Canaiolo and sometimes small percentages of other varieties are added.
Wine and food pairing
It accompanies generous and flavorful meat dishes: charcuterie and cheese boards, first courses with meat sauces, and barbecued or long-cooked red meats.
