A structured still red, it comes from the Gutturnio cru, the Morello vineyard, located in an elevated position with north-south exposure. Grape thinning is carried out here every year and the grapes are racked at advanced ripeness. These are the main reasons for the difference between Terredella Tosa and Vignamorello: a difference in structure, maturity, depth, and longevity. In addition, the Vignamorello rests in wood, for a few months. All this, to obtain a concentrated and important wine, but with an immediate approach, a reflection in grapes of the serenity that emanates from the green hills.

Food and wine pairing

It goes well with white and red meat dishes, duck, some very sustained and loaded pasta dishes, some aged cheeses.
