Bianco di Chiara is the elegant and complex merlot white wine that enhances the most elaborate first and second courses and fish dishes.
The nose surprises with notes of hawthorn, sweet spices, vanilla, citrus and tropical fruits. But it is in the mouth that it is at its best, with a smooth, round style, a delicate structure and a very persistent finish, where it reveals a great personality. It harmoniously accompanies lake and sea fish cuisine, with Mediterranean-style dressings and/or simply with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, as well as pastas and risottos prepared with fish and seafood.

- Climate The vineyards are located in hilly area, where thanks to the exposure they can benefit from special microclimates favorable to quality viticulture.
- Barrel Maturation. Alcoholic fermentation in French Sylvain and Gillet barrels (70% new; 30% 2nd passage) of medium toast, with bâtonnage once a week during the first two months. Aged in barrels for a period of eight months.
