Vinification and aging
Vinification takes place by gently pressing the grapes; fermentation takes place in 225-liter new French oak barrels, followed by aging with bâtonnage for 12 months.

Tasting Notes
Light yellow color. The nose shows an intense array of fruit aromas that blend with a light vanilla note. Mineral notes supported by lively acidity are evident on the palate. A refined wine with character, good aging potential and very elegant
